Consent to personal data processing

Version of 22 October 2026.

This is a translation for convenience. The Russian version prevails.

By contacting the Atlas Translate agency by phone, e-mail, Telegram or at the office and handing over documents for an order, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the operator, sole proprietor Ilya Sergeyevich Golub (INN 245209698108, OGRNIP 319246800031728, Zheleznogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia), processing my personal data on the following terms.

Purposes

  • replying to my enquiry and quoting the price and deadline;
  • fulfilling the order: translation, notarisation, apostille, consular legalisation, nostrification, interpreting;
  • payment and accounting.

Data

Full name; phone number, e-mail, Telegram username; information in the documents I provide: date and place of birth, passport and other document details, education, marital status, employment; payment details.

Permitted actions

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without a computer.

Transfer only to fulfil my order: to a notary, government bodies and organisations and, when I order consular legalisation, the consulate of a foreign state.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid until the order is fulfilled and paid, then no longer than 3 years, or until withdrawn. To withdraw it, write to krk@atlas-translate.ru or submit a statement at the office (Office 110, 8 Maerchaka St., bldg. 9, Krasnoyarsk). The agency then stops processing and destroys the data within 10 working days, except data the law requires it to keep or data needed to perform a contract already concluded.

How the agency processes and protects data is described in the personal data policy.

Health information is not covered: if a document contains it, the agency will ask for a separate written consent.
